I just wanted to tell you about the gentleman named Mack that helped me today. He was kind, upbeat, and very helpful in helping me figure out my router issues today on the phone. He even made an appointment for me to get my issue fixed in less than 24 hours. Then I got a call soon after to have my issue fixed today! Thank you and know that Mack was awesome!

Absolute worst internet service provider with the worst customer service. They are rude when you call to report a problem and always try to blame it on something other than their crap equipment. The only reason we have hargray is because there are no other internet providers allowed in our area.

Absolutely awful. Not only is their internet an absolute joke, their costumer service is even worse. I hate being "forced" to use them, due to the fact that we can not receive any other service where we live. It's one thing to have issues as a company, it's another to have completely incompetent staff to deal with the issues. I've payed all our bills on time every month, and don't ask for much....
