After having been a very loyal customer with Hardesty for several years and transferring service over 3 residences, I have received the absolute worst treatment imaginable from this so-called company who claims to want to make my day better anytime they pick-up the phone. After being a gold club member, I was told that they were doing away with all former Gold club memberships as it was too costly for them to maintain. What? When a deal is made, it is just that - a deal. Why would a company do that to their loyal customers? I was even told they had already made several customers angry...
