Depending on what apartment you get, it can be good or fair. Perfect location for school, but increased rent every year has forced me to live elsewhere.

The apartments are gorgeous, near luxury. And the complex is great too. It's the perfect place for someone young and starting college (like me) especially when the school is right across the street.

Moving from CA to MA is a daunting task. It costs both time and money to get everything in order. When I found Harbor Point on the Bay, it felt as if a huge weight was lifted off of my shoulders. This place is beautiful. Large park with many walking areas. Well equipped gym. Gated 24/7.
