I had a marina slip at the harbor inn and marina in stuart, FL for a little over a year. When I sold my boat I told the harbor master Scott that I would be canceling my slip. I had a one year contract which I completely fulfilled and did not sign a new contract so I was under no obligation to continue renting the slip. I gave 30 days notice that I would no longer need the boat slip to Scott and...
I Guess you can not read well, My contract term had passed and I did not sign a new contract and the contract terms if I had a contract state to contact the harbor master within 30 days, which I also did. I followed the contract terms and they still did not refund my money, they wouldn't be a scam otherwise genius.
