HOUSE OF HORROR PART 2 (July 16th, 2012) - A RUDE FOLLOW UP
Appalling Customer Service. Countless Phone Harassments from employees.  

Its been 1 week, since the above incident described and this morning at 8:57AM I was contacted by the owner Mike, leaving a voicemail. The voicemail was somewhat apologetic, and stated his sincerity in offering a compensation due to what had happened to my pets at his grooming service. My cousin lives in Fresh Meadows and she recommended Happy Tails on 164th Street. I've been going to them for a few years now and have never had a problem. The store is immaculate and the dogs are well cared for and my Maxie always looks amazing and smells so yummy when she's done. She actually loves it there...

This place seemed like any other grooming salon. The lobby was clean and had nice pet products. I took my mini-schnauzer there, and the schnauzer cut is very easy. I gave simple instructions, and a few hours later I was told to pick her up. They didn't cut or trim her face or ears AT ALL, the rest of her was uneven, and they left her skirt WAY too high. I told them they needed to clean her up and trim her ears and eyebrows and beard. 45 minutes later they called me to come pick her up again, and when I went back, they had cut her eyebrows COMPLETELY off.
