Rude! Rude! Rude! An a@!%!*e!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!

I saw this place driving on Valley Blvd couple weeks ago. The shop was closed so I decided to return next time I was in the area.

I'm writing this review just 2 hours after leaving this store by the way.

So on my day off with my family I drove from afar to see what this place has to offer. I walked in with my children and husband. There was no one in the shop but the male owner and a young girl was in another room behind a glass door. We walked further inside the shop and was not greeted by the owner or the young girl. Just a stare and a vulture watch from the male owner which I thought was strange. He was totally ignoring us but keeping a very close eye on my 4yr old son whom was just simply walking around and looking at all the cute things. Typical child right?? The male owner was picking his teeth and would not lay his eyes off my 4 yr old. I told my husband this guy was very rude and waiting to yell at my children if they touched anything in the store. Other customers were in the store but he didn't give a damn! As I was watching my son in my close distance, the employee didn't have what we were looking for so we decided to leave. As I was walking away and told my son we were leaving, my son walked by a display table and one of the doggie shirts fell on the floor. The male owner to my surprise yelled at my son and said, "Get out of here! Get out! Go outside!!". My son ran towards me and my husband and was scared and started crying! I was soooo APPALLED by the owner and how he would yell at my son for doing absolutely nothing! We just walked in like any other customers and this guy was a major A@!%!*E!! I told the man why are you yelling at my son? He's only 4! The man yelled back at me and told me to leave my son outside and he's not allowed in the store?!?!? WTF....!!!!! I said to the man. I told him I would never leave my son outside the store and if anything happens to him on his property outside or inside, he is 100% liable. I was so shocked to see this man's very bad behavior taken out on a young child. He told me to go ahead and call police on him!! I said I have no problem with talking to the police and how he was harassing young children. The f@!%!n nerve of this guy to say that to me!!

We walked out and believe me, I and my husband had a few choice words with him. This is one store I will never buy anything from. Their stuff is overpriced and cheaply made in China. Owners are RUDE, MEAN, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY DISPESPECTFUL. Can you believe they just had a grand opening a couple weeks ago and this is the hospitality offered to customers that walk in the door?!?! He treats his pets better than the customers that walk in!!!

The owners are Chinese. I am also Chinese but they spoke English to us. This is how they treat their own kind. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!

IM STILL SO UPSET!!! Never again to this pathetic owner's business!
