I had been dead set on purchasing my own windows from Home Depot and installing them myself, until my wife talked me into getting an estimate from 1-800-HANSONS. To be honest, I thought it was a waste of time until 5 minutes into our conversation with the salesman. He knew his stuff – from the products that Hansons Windows offers, to the history of the company… he even gave us his professional advice on what would look best in our house for a GREAT price. We even qualified for the federal tax credit which he also assisted us with. My wife and I went with his suggestion and couldn’t be more satisfied with our decision. We constantly get compliments on our Hansons windows, and it’s a joy paying lower energy costs while having windows that are beautiful to look at. Going with Hansons was the best decision we have made in a very long time.
I am very pleased with my recent experience with Hansons Windows, and wish to thank them for their service. All of the employees I had spoken with were kind and courteous from the 1-800-HANSONS receptionist who set up our appointment, to the ones who came out to measure and finalize the job. Our problem was a garden window; the seal was no longer there which caused it to leak, and the shelves inside did not fit properly. I can not remember the names of the gentlemen that came out but Dave and Pete finalized the job. I absolutely love my garden window from Hansons Windows and will call 1-800-HANSONS again for our future window and siding needs.
The Hansons Windows sales representative came to our home and we thought he was excellent. At that point we knew that Hansons was going to be our final choice. He told us about the energy efficient windows that Hansons offers and how they could save us money down the road. We then had Hansons install the new windows in our home. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly. We additionally were fully informed of the progress of our window installation from start to finish. The project manager was very kind and informative and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. I will call 1-800-HANSONS again for a siding and roof estimate soon.
I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience I had with Hansons Windows. The salesman was very professional, he explained all the different types of windows and which would work best for my situation. He made me feel as though he was truly listening to my needs and taking my budget into consideration. He did not pressure me into buying more windows like the other companies had tried to do. I did not feel rushed in my decision at all and when I am ready update more things on my house I will certainly call Hansons and even put in a request for my previous salesman. Once the sale was final the measurer and installers were also very friendly and did their best not to disturb me or my house. The project manager was great about letting me know when the installers would arrive and checking with me after the install to make sure everything was good to go. So over all I was impressed by Hanson’s employees and customer service.

Thieves and liars!Salesman came to the home, stayed till 9pm. He asked me to sign something showing his boss he was working. Next day, I get a call asking me when they should start the install. Start the install? I never agreed to any purchase. I said no thanks, they told me I signed a contract. …
Isn't it obvious that almost all of these reviews are fake? Look at the date and read the comments. \r \r This is useless except that it shows there might be issues with honesty.
My sales rep did a great job with answering all our questions. The price was affordable and the follow up from all the staff was excellent. They kept me informed as to the status of my order the entire time. The installers were on time, very friendly and knowledgeable, did a great job and answered all my questions. The new windows look great!! I would highly recommend Hansons.
