Nice little bar above Hank's on Nuuanu. Nothing about the bar itself is particularly special, however it is nice to see a place avoiding the hipster vibe that seems to be invading downtown. The beer selection and cocktail menu is poor, and the staff is overworked, but the music is nice.

Hank's is great for live music, especially on Tuesdays. The bartenders are fun and easygoing. Hank's is a great getaway from everything, a place to relax and have some fun.

Hank's is nothing fancy, but we had a great time on a rainy Friday night. The place seems full of friendly locals, with a local band playing contemporary and Hawaiian songs. We drank, we mingled, we danced. We'll be back.
