Took in 5 items $50! That's ridiculous. But I thought hey I should try it. Seems like a good place to send good quality clothes. They ruined my $30 shirt. Looks faded and was barely pressed. One of the items wasn't even ready. Came back 3days later they said its a non drycleaning item. What does that mean? …

The staff at the Mission Valley location (near Ikea) are pretty great. Increasing stars for their service. Keep up the good work. It is what keeps Hangers in business.
