Nice service but Very disappointing rice experience.
The salmon avocado sushi roll was thin, had almost no salmon, it tasted like rice with vinegar and they charged 8$ for this simple roll. The seaweed salad (6$) was a scoop of seaweed on a bunch of cucumbers....

I've eaten here dozens of times and don't think there's a better place. Tommy and Bonnie serve the the best sushi in town too. It may be the best I've ever had and I'm from Seattle and lived in San Francisco for a number of years. Intimate setting but nicely decorated dining room or enjoy their great Temppanyaki grill. Very friendly personalized service. it is one of our families favorite restaurants. Kinda love sitting at the grill and participating in the "shrimp toss".

Being a sushi snob from Southern California, I don't eat sushi unless I'm home, that all changed yesterday! Han Shin surpassed expectations! Hamachi melted in my mouth! Very friendly and attentive, I'll reserve further comment until I go again, which will be very soon!

We happened on to this neighborhood restaurant tucked into a strip across from Costco. Food was great and service very attentive. Try to get seats by the habachi grills. Sushi is fresh and affordable.
