The rooms are very modern and contemporary decor and the location superb. We stayed its newly renovated room and the room was very nice with fantastic river view. The hotel is located next to the marina and downtown area. The only downside was a small amount of construction going on (because its renovation), Onsite dining was affordable and tasty.

The hotel room was small and smelled like ciggarettes. When I complained to the front desk, they said all the rooms were nonsmoking. There was stains on the carpet and the sink of the bathroom. I woke at 7am due to the construction in the room next to mine. They have a complimentary breakfast buffet, but it was absolutely terrible.
