We stayed at The Hampton Inn, Downtown for a Jackson Browne concert at the Tennessee Theater (beautiful theater). The front desk staff were truly exceptional in helping us with a few things we needed. They were friendly and quick to respond. Stay here occasionally on business - very clean hotel, modern decor and generally new. Parking is in a garage attached to the building and is free - a nice perk for a downtown location. Great views over downtown if you're on an upper level floor. They had the most courteous breakfast staff I've ever seen. They also have great water... more

What a find, amongst some overpriced old stinky hotels in area. Great downtown location within walking dist. of Square and safe too!
