We were very pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn. The rooms were modern, the linens gleaming white, and the rooms spacious by Manhattan standards. The immediate blocks surrounding the hotel are a little bit of a dead zone, but one need only walk a few blocks down 6th Avenue to be right in the heart of the West Villiage action.
