I Love the hotel and it's location. Have stayed here five years in a row. The desk clerk was new to this location but handled it like a pro. I also like the availability to several restaurants and bowling centers.

Customer service was poor. Hotel was dirty, bathroom had rust at the base of the shower. Chair in room was stained. Never received maid service. Staff was rude when I wanted to change rooms. Tried to sit in the lobby with a few others to visit and was told the lobby closed at 11pm. Food at the breakfast was average
