Ok the hotel was nice and overall what I would expect in this area. What wowed me was the simple fact that I left a book in the hotel room and they mailed it to me. Unaware the I had left it behind I did not call them. They took the iniative and effort and just mailed it to me....
carpets could be cleaner in the room, no options to purchase food items after hours. Difficult to find hotel entrance due to locale being in back of another hotel and poor signage. Breakfast staff very friendly and attentive. Food was good with a nice variety of choices that were hot and fresh tasting.
My husband and I only stay at Hampton Inns. Most hotels are sub standard and just overall nasty. Our stay was pleasant, staff were very attentive and kind. The only issue we had were the pillows could be replaced, they were not the usual fluffy ones they normally have.
