When departing I was told shuttle driver went to lunch and would not be back in time for my SCHEDULED departure.
Compact fluorescent light burnt out and had a hole burnt through the glass. CFLs require proper disposal due to mercury. The build, with the hole in it, was not only not replaced, it was left on the night stand.
Very nice Hotel and would stay there again. Excellent customer service. No issues at all with this Hotel. Also I really appreciate the shuttle to the airport. The manager did an excellent job. Great job!

The Hampton near the Austin, Tx Airport is well located with good quality and excellent service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was very good with nice choices and the lady in the restaurant made us feel welcome.
I stayed here with my little sister and we both felt very safe. Everything was great about this hotel except the bathroom floor - it would leave our feet/shoes sticky. If you can get past that little issue it's perfect.
