Noisy and awful

Unbelievable noise level on first night. Endless slamming doors from guests and then lots of noise from maintenance room across the hall. Complained and dad room moved after first night. The second night was even worse. Loud partying and doors slamming until 4 am (allegedly from a college sports team). Complained several times to front desk with no apparent remedy....

originally had a reservation for another hotel but found out the University of Vermont team was staying at the Hampton and my son is on the team. The price was over $65.00 ;less and the room was just as nice if not nicer with breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again when in Ann Arbor.

I stay at this hotel monthly and on Tuesday when I checked in, my room ready. The desk clerk contacted Angel to ask when my room would be cleaned, and instead of asking the housekeeping person who was on the 4th floor, he radioed back he would personally clean the room himself. Room was very nice; clean, comfortable and updated. Plenty of outlets for charging. All staff was very nice. Free breakfast was the usual: fruit, cereal, yogurt, waffles, pastries. Coffee available all day. Walking distance to Buffalo Wild Wings, PF Changs, Macaroni Grill, and a mall. Crossing the busy street though is a bit hectic. Gym is tiny but they have...

I enjoyed the stay and location. It was very convenient to just about everything. I was not impressed by breakfast but that was okay. The gym is terrible versus most any hotel I have stayed at. I exercise intensely and this facility was laughable.
