This complex is friendly and noise is minimal. The apartment manager is friendly and responsive to requests. Nothing fancy but a nice, clean environment. Building is solidly built, large rooms. I like that there are no dogs allowed and hope it stays that way.

There are infested with cockroaches!! They are everywhere. The health board should shut them down!!!

I lived at Hampshire Heights for two years, and enjoyed my time there. The rent is very reasonable, and my apartment was spacious, with the exception of having a little tiny kitchen. In the winter, the apartments can get ridiculously hot, even with the heat turned all the way down. My landlady was also very pleasant. If noise bothers you, I would look for a place further from the main road...
