Patric was among the early contractors to call. We made an appointment for an estimate, and he came on time. He gave me a written, detailed estimate immediately. Of the 6 estimates I got, he gave me the best price. What I liked a lot about him is that HE DIDN'T ASK FOR MONEY UPFRONT, but to be paid upon completion. I hired him. He started on time and finished on time.

Patrick called me immediately and setup an appointment for the same day. He took pictures and explained the problem. He gave me a written estimate with a 1 year gurantee. His crew arrived on time and began work immediately. I was very impressed with the professionalism of both Patrick and his crew.
