The guys there have always been friendly and helpful. I know enough about cars to usually know what's wrong, but don't have the time or the room to work on them. Be prepared for your car to be obused, the wrong and old parts to be installed, for a top money you pay. Oh, terrible costumer service too.

- They cheat you. They are not professionals. They are rude and they install old expired parts for the prise of a new ones.

The staff at Halsted Auto was extremely rude and their customer service was horrible. They consistently passed me off from one mechanic to the other. No one wanted to take responsibility for having looked at my car. I would never recommend anyone go there to service their car.
