Halls Downtown is the best Halls ever. I am always greeted as I walk in and you may have to wait in a long line but the fries and bird are always piping hot!!!!!!

The male owner at this location is extremely rude. We received poor quality food and for two days he refused to get on the phone and speak with me. He even said he had bills to pay so he refused to speak to me.

The male owner/manager at the downtown location was so rude he refuse to get on the phone and here my concerns. For two days I called trying to expressmy concerns as a customer, and how disatisfied I was with my chicken, he stated he had bills to pay and could not talk to me.
