They had everything I came for, but the employees hover like you're in a shark tank. I think I was asked five to seven times if I was finding everything OK -- and I was only there 20 minutes....

Hugely disappointed by my experience in this location. While the merchandise is nice, the constant hovering of the employees as though they suspected my mother and I were shoplifting was very off...

Always greeted warmly by whomever is working the sales counter......large variety of cards and gifts.....always good bargain aisle near the ornaments section.

My favorite Hallmark store-it's always got the best card selection and more gifts than I can afford for kids and adult kids! The customer service is also exceptional.

The two ladies working today were very polite and helpful. They explained this store is a corporate store while the one at Sun Valley is not. That one is privately owned. I loved their Itty Bitty...
