I did my dealing with a lovely woman over the phone. She went over and beyond to help me get the books I need to the location I needed them to go. I have nothing but nice things to say about this business and look forward to doing business with them again.

This place is in a run down side of town. They have a decent amount of books (mostly romance), but this place is way too small. I do not consider the employees nice or friendly in any way, shape, or form. They also have a really bad trade in policy, where you trade in a huge amount of books of one type (like mystery, science fiction, romance), and you get either one or two (I don't exactly...
