Fantastic Auto Repair - Been using for 12 years

Most honest repair facility I've ever used. Been driving for 50 years and have tried a lot of service facilities. Even bought car from them. Would not hesitate to buy another.

You tell me, does this sound like an honest business?

If you purchased a car from a place that claimed to have done all of the maintenance on it over the years would you not expect the transmission to last longer than 3 months? They didn't. Please do business elsewhere, there are plenty of HONEST places in town. If the law allows this car will be turned into a fine billboard advertising this "repair" facility. To be fair I will admit they did offer to repair the bad transmission.......for an additional $1500.00

Excellent facility! The entire staff is helpful and knowledgeable.. First rate service. They provided me with a loaner for free to use while my car was being serviced. I will be back!

I was charged for a part that was never put on my car. I had made an appointment at Hale Park Automotive for an -estimate- to repair a heat shield which had become detached under my car. They went ahead and worked on my car without asking. The charge was very low, but I am currently unemployed, which is why I told them I only wanted an -estimate-, but I was happy to not have to worry about the...
