Halboth diagnosed that a 2010 crown provided by the patient’s previous dentist did not cover the tooth and that the tooth would “rotted out” within a few years. When the patient indicated that Delta only covered a new crown every 5 years, Halboth said “you won’t have a tooth in 5 years.” Halboth recommended immediate replacement by himself. The patient submitted the case to peer review and met with three MDA peer review dentists, which after examining the crown and X-ray, concluded that the crown was sound. I came in today for a filling. Dr. Halboth was very nice and informative. I was very satisfied with his work and it was virtually pain free. I was taken care of in a speedy fashion, but no so fast that I felt rushed.

I will be coming back and will tell all my family and friends about the kind, considerate and professional care I received.

I wasn't told anything about my dental procedure. I'll have to do my own research. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here.
