I've been to Hal and Mal's several times and I can personally reccomend it as my favorite Jackson resaurant. The food is amazing, the wait staff is personable and entertaining, and there always seems to be entertainment!

When did it become "White Brother, Inc."? I have never known it as anything other than Hal & Mal's...and my favorite place in town to eat. They have killer seafood gumbo and when I get a craving for it, nothing else will do.
My favorite waitress, Anne, is terrific and I have never been disappointed when I dine at this restaurant.
