I receive the best hair experience with Ines as she listens to what I like and the outcome is always great. She styles and cuts my hair in what looks best for a round shape face. I appreciate how delicate she is when detangling my hair. I love going there and I leave with a smile on my face.

This was my first visit to the Hair Lounge. I was greeted and served tea by very friendly staff. Erin gave me a tour of the lounge, explained the products, then gave me some suggestions for a cut. She was excellent - professional, upbeat and I was extremely happy with my cut and style. I'd definitely recommend the Hair Lounge and Erin!

It was my first experience using Erin. She is extremely professional and could handle my very thick long curly hair. She made it look sleek, smooth and very straight with the flat iron and blow dryer. It was nice to work with her, as she knew how to do this very quickly. I had so many compliments on how good my hair looked. Thank you!
