My first experience at Hair was late on a Thursday evening...I was driving by, saw the lights on and thought I would pop in to see if I could get an appointment. They squeezed me in and Robert cut my hair. He was lovely and conversational and he did a great job. He gave me tips and pointers and always manages since then to squeeze me in! My experience started off negative right from the start. I showed up three mintues late due the the lack of parking availability (this was totally unacceptable per the reaction of the receptionist).
