i am livid with the owner of this establishment she has put my needs on the back burner I was in constant email contact with her and she never responded back for an appt. Thank goodness they offer quality customer care around the Bay!! I will never step foot in this salon and a little word of advice I also have a friend who referrd me there she is livid as well the act so Ghetto and have no manners no professionalism at all. The owner Tiffany P* IS A VERYUNPLEASANT PERSON
