I have been going to this salon for years as they have outstanding stylists. Over the years their cashier receptionists have had much to desire, my last visit was the worst as far as customer service. The receptionist was rude and obnoxious. With good conscious, I will not be using their services anymore - no one has to put up with bad treatment just to get a good hairdo!!!!

On a scale from 1-10, I would give this Hair Cuttery a 5.9. I have gone to this place twice, and both times, they cut my hair unevenly. When I told the stylist my hair was uneven, she expected me to tell her which side needed to be cut more. She didn't look at my hair to see if I was correct, rather she just kept cutting. The Hair Cuttery is great for a quick cheap cut. It's not going to be a designer hair-do, so if you have a really specific request or special needs (really curly hair or whatever) I wouldn't recommend this place. Not all of the stylists speak English well, so be sure your stylist understands what you want before the cut begins. The best part is the walk-in service. They've always taken me... more
