very bad way of conducting buis over the phone placed me on hold for 15 min and then spoke extremely rudly to me when i asked to be conected to the manager AAron hung up on me and then when i called again cause this happens to be the nearest location for me and i wanted to order a birthday cake for my daughter would not pick up the phone.
