BUYER BEWARE...Never ever, ever use H and S Automotive in Norfolk, VA. This guy is a liar, he claims he has a machine that could read code and he didn't he was reading a code back to me that my car sends to my dashboard when something is wrong with the car. He guesses at what needed to be done and the excepted me to pay for all of his guess work. What mechanic who has a machine that reads code didn't know that a transmission was bad? He had to take the car to a GM dealership to have the read the code and then charge the bill to me. WHAT Kind of mechanic does that...one that shouldn't be a mechanic. I can go on for days but the point is if you have thousands of dollars to spend then he's your man...lol. This guy also charged me $245 for a free recalled item that if I had of taken it to the GM dealer it would have been free. He also charged couple of hundred dollars to reprogram stuff to a bad transmission...how the hell do you reprogram stuff to a bad transmission...If you are a mechanic please answer that question. No more fly by nights for me. This Nissan will be going to the Nissan dealership. It's people like H and S Automotive in Norfolk, VA that gives small business owners a bad rep.
BUYER BEWARE...This is the WORST automotive service in the state of Virginia. Owner who is also the mechanic does not know what he is doing. He guesses at the job and then charges you for his guess work. If you have thousands of dollars to waste then take your car to him. He can really screw up your car. I spent over $1,200.00 and I don't have a car anymore thanks to his non-mechanic...
