I was told the shirts would be done in 1 1/2 to 2 weeks, and after 2.5 weeks, I called to check the status, and was told the shirts I wanted were unavailable and that they d meant to call me, but hadn t had a chance to get to it. The customer service and promptness has been awful, as has the communication. Each time I call, I get put on hold multiple times. Certainly won t be going back!

Terrible service. Waited six weeks for one embroidered shirt that was supposed to take two. Understaffed and rude with customers.
