My Rating ususally is 4-5 stars... He have been going to this HEB for Years this rating is purely on the way the Pharmacy treated my wife today. Today my wife stopped in to the Pharmacy after an urgent care appointment to pick up a call in perscription... The prescription was ready but the young lady behind the counter was very cold to my wife that was visibly ill and having touble finding...

Rarely do I find all the items I need. Tonight I picked up a wrapped package of 96% lean ground beef that was marked as being 1.23 pounds...it didn't look or feel like that much meat. When Al Edwards, the manager on duty weighed that package on the store's meat counter scales the correct weight was 3/4ths of a pound. I wonder if this is a new method to increase profits that may be happening,...
