I'd give less than a star. Always an issue. There's no communication behind the counter, staff to staff and staff to customer. It's a hassle and I'm at my wits end.

My first time ever using this pharmacy and certainly my last. I waited 15 minutes to even drop off my prescriptions, then informed it will be an hour wait. I specifically requested non generic....

There are no H.E.Bs in Canada but I just happened to visit a few of them when I was in Texas so I feel like I can compare. This location, as many reviewers before me have noted, was just terrible. It was super crowded (at 9 pm on a Thursday), really loud and kind of dirty. The produce wasn't very appealing …
