The salesman seemed to be looking for ways to inflate the price of my roof repair. I went with another company that was more straightforward with their price and cost less. When H & B called me and asked why I went with someone else, the salesman got on the phone and started arguing with me about the price. Unprofessional.
Never Received an Estimate
Estimator for H&B came by our house and did the estimate along with several other estimators. I received all my other estimates in writing and/or email. H&B left a phone message saying they wanted to set up a meeting to discuss the estimate. I work 60 hours + and I'm in the National Guard as well. I am very busy. I want to see all the written estimates in front of me first so I can get an idea...
