Help us make it rightI only found this place via Zomato so cheers to this app. Gyro King is certainly a hidden gem. The older couple running the tiny place are very polite and quiet. Too bad the only seating is in a covered patio and Texas decided to be 300 degrees this summer. I decided to go straight for the Gyro plate, of course, and to try hummus for the first time. 100% satisfactory!
My boyfriend and I ordered the gyro plate, hummus, extra pita, and extra tzatziki sauce. I have only had gyros once or twice before from other restaurants, but these were by far my favorite. The plate comes with gyro meat, pita bread, onions, tzatziki sauce, potatoes (which I could have eaten a whole plate of by themselves), a Greek salad, tomatoes, and rice.
Good music. If you can get passed smelling like an ash tray afterwards, then it's not too bad for a low key night. Can tell most of the patrons are regulars
I love this place! They play the best songs, songs that you would really want to dance to. I love how this place is not that crowded, you can still have fun and relax.
