My sister and I travel about 40 minutes south of Pgh for their gyros. Very good, tasty, full gyros. I like the warm "feel" of the restaurant, as they cater to the needs of their local neighbors and customers.

The Gyro Place, located on Pike Street, serves Greek and American food that is fast and fresh. It is a casual restaurant that offers a wide array of dishes, not only from Greece, but also traditional American selections too. Daily specials are offered, as well as lunch specials. It does not have a liquor license, so BYOB. Catering and delivery is also available.
