I'm still on the fence so far. The guys that have cut my lawn a few times don't seem to know how to trim after I've brought this to their attention a few times. I don't like going through the process of finding someone else , but when I don't get a response after a week, that's just unprofessional.

This is the second year that I have The Guy to do my lawn. The first year they were always reliable on did a decent job.
