Worst customer service and disorganized

I call and make an appointment, they do not show up on time so I leave but I get a quote from them. I did not understand what the X's were meaning on the quote so I asked the salesman to come back. The person on the phone asked to schedule an install for the 7th of November, I said to go ahead. The salesman shows up we go over the details and notes we are on schedule.I call them two days after they are supposed to show and the person on the phone cannot find the quote for ten minutes and then finally says ...oh yeah here it is. I asked if I was scheduled for an install, he notes what do...

Poor workmanship and worse customer service!

GFL replaced a gutter along my back roof...they did an adequate job with the replacement but left my back deck a complete disaster, to include metal shavings (size of a tennis ball), mud, dirt, etc everywhere. In addition, they left my rear gate wide open after the job and didn't address a flashing problem I had asked them to look into. Disappointing, yes, but when I contacted their customer service manager, he was non responsive...not only did it take me a month to get thru to him, he was unprofessional and obstinate. I recommend staying far away from this company.

The installers did a good job removing and installing the new gutters/downspouts.
They came at the promised timeframe and worked quickly. However, after completing the job they did NOT have a bill and any paperwork, i.e., warranties/guarantees covering the job. I did pay by check and I was told the bill was forthcoming in the next few days. I'll contact the company on Monday and ask about...
