I had a 24hr credit and rented the log splitter on Saturday. I split my 2nd log when the hydraulic fluid shot out so much that it was difficult to reach over to the handle to disengage the splitter. I took my Troy Bilt lawnmower to Gulf Beach Power Equipment to have the electric starter fixed. The lawnmower was kept two months before it was returned,. When it was returned, I attempted to start the lawnmower using the electric starter, it would not start. I explained to the employee that the electric starter should have been fixed. The employee stated that I had to use the pull starter. I stated that was not what was supposed to be fixed. No idea how they stay in business the way they treat customers. Brought my mower in and they dumped the gas out in the parking lot, the boss came out wiped his finger across the ground and told us "that's bad gas".
