Ukelele tuned up in 2 minutes flat by an expert who refused to charge us! Now that's customer service that will make Guitar Center the first choice for any and all musical needs :-)

Why do clerks at a chain store act like they are rock stars? It's a joke. This location has a nice manager named Ken. But he has no control over the arrogant, inept employees' behavior. In the past 6 months I've bought an electric and acoustic guitar, amp and multi-effects pedal here and spent a LOT of $ in the process. Both the amp and guitar were lemons. I've chalked the electric guitar up as a project. The amp crapped out a little past the 30 day store limit. But I knew I was supposed to take it there and they'd send it back to Marshall. First off, your experience normally starts with you walking in and being ""greeted"" by some young ditz covered with tats/piercings. Then you're either 1 or 2 things: 1. rushed by a person(s) trying to sell you something/anything in the shortest period humanly possible or 2. Ignored by same staff even when standing at the counter trying to get help.
