Terrible, terrible, terrible hotel

Nothing like pictures, sofa broke, gave a torn rag for washcloth, wouldn't let you have but 2 washcloths and towels. Air cond.didn't have knobs, three lamps didn't work, bathroom light didn't work. Management and cleaning staff very rude. Smoke detector didn't work. Worse place I have ever stayed. All I can say to anyone is don't go.

very bad experience. the list of complaints is extensive. 1st off we noticed the room was very dirty. the wallpaper literally peeling off the walls. the bathroom was grungy. the shower curtain had pink/red stains all over it. the tub was gross. the toilet had cigarette burns all over it, and this was a. non smoking room. the soap and "shampoo" were gross, bad quality. the sink area was dusty....

Extremely disappointed paid for room with king bed and pull out sofa bed ended up with basic room with no explanation will never go back wasted money
