I paid for storage in pittsburgh but didn't put anything in it. Tried to cancel but never got a call back call so when I got settled in Columbus, the lady told me that I had to pay for the full month or 30 plus dollers for 3 days. They have the key to the lock and there is nothing in it. If they would have just called back when I first called would they have done this or is this a scam?
