I came in today to get a new belt for my ancient royal vacuum. Steve was great and very helpful! We will definitely be coming back to buy our next vacuum from you.

I bought a vacuum from guarantee just over a year ago. It is a Royal brand canister vacuum and it is worth its weight in gold! I have only had two small problems with the vacuum, both of them were damage that I have caused not because it was poorly made. Both times I took it in and they fixed it right away, no charge to me, and were very friendly! I will never buy a vacuum anywhere else!
