Hotline # is useless. They cannot give any answers...here is what I was told.."from what I understand" or
"from what people are telling me" are two of the statements. What good is that kind of information? I certainly cannot make any educated decisions based on what they are telling me....then they told me to call Medicare. Really??? OGB secondary to my Medicare. OGB should be able to tell me...
