The service has not been performed in a timely manner. When the client inquired as to having the service performed earlier in the day allowing the customer to get to work on time, the response by Grimes was "This is not my primary job". Unacceptable. Looking to replace

Chris came to the house the same day I phoned, surveyed the job, made his recommendations and then proceeded to do some of the work that day. I will definitely be hiring Chris again soon to do other projects that we discussed. He is honest, dependable and very knowledgeable. Thank You!
