I took a group of friends down to Grill 83 last week after having heard they had a new chef from Memphis. My wife and dine out downtown about once a week, and have eaten at just about every restaurant in town. First I must say that I am very picky about restaurants having been raised by a family in the business of find dining. I have been here repeatedly and I can say that their steak (especially the Kansas City bone in and the Cowboy Ribeye) are amazing.
