Their buses are ok but some look really bad and old. I hate that one day I was traveling to Ohio. The trip was long but what was worst was that I had to get another bus. Another day I was in New York City with my mother. We purchased tickets to go to Boston. Guess where we were? You are not going to believe it. Washington Dc. Yes true story here. They gave us other tickets to go to Boston but for real they should have given us free tickets for bad customer service. I mean come on the guy could not read the tickets? Boston and Washington DC are different. Of course we did not leave right away we had to wait for next bus which took a long time. The bus terminal in DC is so scary and unsafe at night. Truereview here to tell you the truth.
