I just want to say this is the rudest store I have ever seen!!!!! I bought a Vera item as a holiday gift and when I went in to exchange (with receipt) the store manager embarrassed me in front of the other customers!!! She refused my exchange by saying it smelled lik smoke which (clearly it did NOT)!!!!! This was the second time I was refused a exchange. I have spent hundreds at this store and...
I found them to be very rude when it came to making an exchange--the owners ganged up on me and embarrassed me. Be very careful of what you purchase from this business, they are having a hard time financially, as i overheard the owner talking to someone on the phone about, & probably want to keep every sale they make.
